Job Description:
Doctor in Laguna Beach is looking for a Personal Assistant/Office Assistant to help support their growing business. This person will be working side by side with a very talented, successful, and ambitious doctor. The ideal assistant would have experience personal assisting and some medical office background. We are looking for someone who has a can do attitude and is able to work a flexible work schedule.
Responsibilities:
-Running errands
-Filing and handling confidential information
-Handling calls from clients efficiently and in a timely manner
- Arranging international travel
