  • Accelerated Career Growth!Job DetailsWe are seeking a highly-skilled and experienced Civil Engineer with a strong background in Project Management to join our dynamic team! This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of challenging projects in the state and beyond. The successful candidate will have a critical role in the planning, design, and management of infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities:1. Lead and manage a variety of civil engineering projects from inception to completion, including design, grading, stormwater management, drainage, erosion control, and sewer design.2. Utilize Civil 3D software to create detailed, accurate designs and models.3. Oversee the permitting process, ensuring all necessary permissions are obtained and regulations are adhered to.4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure project success.5. Conduct site inspections and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings etc.) to plan and design projects.6. Prepare and implement project plans and schedules, monitor progress, and make adjustments as needed.7. Effectively communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders, providing solutions when necessary.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. A Master's degree will be considered a pllus.2. Professional Engineer (PE) license is strongly preferred.3. A minimum of 10+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a recent focus on project management.4. Proficiency in Civil 3D and other relevant design software.5. Extensive knowledge of grading, stormwater management, drainage, erosion control, and sewer design.7. Proven track record of managing and delivering projects on time and within budget.8. Excellent leadership and team management skills.9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.10.
