Job Description:
A company is looking for a Transaction Manager to act as a key
point of contact for various stakeholders and manage loan
transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain pipelines, oversee client rebuttals, and manage loan
purchase and sale processes
Coordinate communication with internal and external partners for
loan trade settlements and securitizations
Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and
counterparties, while managing vendor contracts and Rating Agency
relationships
Required Qualifications
Prior experience in a Transaction Management role, preferably in a
Due Diligence environment
Deep understanding of due diligence scope for various mortgage
loans
Working knowledge of residential mortgage secondary market
transactions
Experience consulting with clients and executing business
objectives in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to grow service offerings within existing
client relationships
