Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President, Employer Sales
(South) to oversee sales operations in the South Region.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Regional Directors and Account Executives
to achieve sales targets
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
within the 50 to 5,000 life segment
Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
in the region
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of sales leadership and management
experience
Extensive experience in sales within the 50 to 5,000 life
segment
Proven ability to inspire and lead a high-performing team
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
(Master's degree preferred)
