Director of Channel Programs

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Director, Channel Programs to set the direction and roadmap for their Partner Program.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, manage, and execute the global partner program
Manage the Partner Enablement Certification & Badge Model and partner portal
Collaborate cross-functionally to implement and grow partner programs

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in channel programs
Experience building and managing Ecosystem programs in SaaS/subscription models
Experience with partner accreditation programs and compliance tracking
Execution and revenue-focused mindset
Project and program management experience leading virtual teams
