Loan Partner/Operations Manager

Location: Grand Ave, Escondido, CA (In-Person Role)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $75,000 per year

Schedule: 8-hour shift

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, streamline workflows, and drive efficiency across our three divisions. This is a hands-on, in-person role that requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and excellent problem-solving skills in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
--- Partner with the business owner to optimize operations across mortgage, property management, and mailbox services
--- Work on-site daily to ensure smooth business operations and team coordination
--- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
--- Track and follow up with new leads to maintain business growth
--- Communicate with clients, realtors, and service providers to facilitate smooth transactions
--- Assemble and review loan documentation for underwriting such as credit reports, income and asset documentation, and additional mortgage application paperwork

Qualifications:

--- Computer proficiency required including MS Office; some CRM, MLS, DU, and proprietary mortgage software preferred
--- Preferably 2-3 years of administrative support in a professional office or mortgage environment
--- Highly motivated and goal-oriented with excellent customer service and communication skills
--- NMLS license or training is not required, but is desired
